Business writing should be concise, avoiding unnecessary jargon or ambiguity.
Audience Awareness:
Understanding the target audience and tailoring the writing style and tone accordingly is essential. Adapting to different stakeholders and their level of familiarity with the subject matter enhances communication effectiveness.
Research Skills:
