Featured Breaking Alert Ticker Disabled

I have disabled the Featured Breaking Alert ticker on the site.

Although the code remains part of the AllOne template, I have the option to enable or disable it, with two design options available.

Currently, I don't need this feature on the site as I already have featured posts, recent posts, and related posts.

The ticker is retained in the AllOne template because it is designed to be versatile for any niche, making it important for magazine and news blogs.

This functionality was made possible thanks to the codes of MybloggerLab and ArlinaDesign, with further development by me.
